Main safety precautions for the use of explosion-proof oil-free air compressor:

1. Only when the power supply has been cut off and the compressed air in the whole compressor system has been vented (the pressure in the unit is equal to the atmospheric pressure) can the unit be repaired or maintained.

2. Turn on the power of the compressor for a very short time (about 1 second for inching) before starting to check whether the rotation direction of the compressor is correct, otherwise the screw set of the compressor can be damaged within a few seconds.

3. Ensure that the pure gas is inhaled during operation without flammable, explosive and toxic gas.

4. Before unit operation, all joints and accessories must be firmly fastened.

5. Do not loosen during operation. Remove any fittings, accessories and devices to avoid serious damage.

6. Air switch, fuse wire and other safety devices must be installed on the power supply line of the compressor to ensure the reliability of electrical equipment. Be sure to connect the appropriate grounding wire according to the safety regulations of relevant departments.

7. The compressor shall not work above the exhaust pressure specified on the nameplate, otherwise, the motor will be overloaded and the unit will stop.

8. The safety room is installed on the oil and gas separator. When the gas pressure in the system exceeds the set pressure, the safety room will operate.

9. Do not use corrosive chemical solvents to clean compressors and auxiliary equipment.

10. In general, compressors cannot be directly used as breathing air production equipment. If breathing standards are to be met, compressed air should be treated after purification.

11. The cabinet door shall be closed when the unit is in operation. Only in the inspection can be opened for a short time, but should pay attention to sports and high temperature parts of the human body damage, and wear a good ear shield. No residue shall be left on or inside the unit.

12. The pressure vessel shall not be reheated or repaired, and the inside of the machine or pressure vessel shall not be inspected with an open flame light source.

13. Ensure sound insulation material on the compressor is complete.
